Isabella Jasek, DDS, Dental Director

Dr. Isabella Jasek earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Prior to this, she graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences. Dr. Jasek completed the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine’s mastery program and is a qualified sleep dentist. Prior to devoting her career to sleep medicine, Dr. Jasek provided general dentistry in Wisconsin and Colorado. She also volunteered her time to zoo dentistry at the Denver Zoo. Dr. Jasek joined the Colorado Sleep Institute in 2023.
Dr. Jasek was drawn to the field of dental sleep medicine because of its rewarding impact on an individual’s quality of life. She values getting to know each of her patients to create the best plan for their sleep health together. Dr. Jasek is also bilingual, speaking fluent Polish and English.
Dr. Jasek is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the Colorado Dental Association, where she serves as the President of the Council of New Dentists.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Jasek enjoys skiing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé, Anthony, and their dog, Piper!
Dr. Lindsay Williams is a dedicated professional with a passion for enhancing patients’ lives through sleep and airway medicine. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2009 after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Case Western Reserve University in 2005.
For eight years, Dr. Williams practiced general dentistry, providing comprehensive dental care and developing a deep understanding of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, where she honed her skills and built a reputation for excellence in patient care.
In 2018, Dr. Williams shifted her focus to sleep and airway medicine, joining the Centers for Sleep and Airway Medicine at Highlands Ranch, specializing in laser dentistry. Her commitment to this field grew, leading her to exclusively treat sleep and airway patients in Highlands Ranch, CO. Here, she works with both adults and children, applying her expertise to improve their quality of life through innovative treatments.
Dr. Williams is also an esteemed lecturer, where she shares her knowledge and passion with other professionals. Since 2022, she has been a Key Opinion Leader advocating for airway-focused treatments and serving as a guest lecturer and speaker. Dr. Williams’ dedication to her field and her patients makes her a valuable asset to the Centers for Sleep and Airway Medicine.

Dr. Kacy Jo is a dedicated professional specializing in airway-focused dentistry at the Centers for Sleep and Airway Medicine in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015, following her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution in 2009.
Starting her career in general dentistry, Dr. Jo established her private dental practice in 2015, providing comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient-centered treatment. In 2020, Dr. Jo made a significant career shift to airway-focused dentistry, dedicating her practice to treating patients of all ages with skeletal underdevelopment, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), and performing functional frenuloplasty of the tongue and lips. Her expertise in these areas has significantly impacted the quality of life for many patients, addressing critical health issues related to sleep and airway functionality.
Dr. Jo’s commitment to advancing the field and supporting her colleagues is evident in her recent nomination as a clinical advocate by the Centers for Sleep and Airway Medicine. In this role, she leads and guides other CSAM providers, ensuring the highest standards of care and innovation in the practice.

In the realm of Oral Medical Devices, we offer “Airway Orthodontic Devices” for kids, featuring Vivos devices for guided growth, and for adults, a suite of Management Devices custom-made for jaw repositioning during sleep, along with Rehabilitation Devices (Vivos CARE) addressing underlying causes.
Laser Therapy options include QuietNite for CO2 laser therapy targeting snoring and sleep apnea, and Frenectomy Therapy for managing tongue and Lip Ties in infants and Adults. Additionally, we provide Oral Myofunctional Therapy exercises conducted by certified therapists to enhance nasal breathing and reduce sleep apnea. Our services extend to the noninvasive Nasal Release Technique for snoring and sleep apnea.
