Dr. Leena Bahu earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and has spent nearly 25 years expanding her clinical knowledge through ongoing education, seminars, and study clubs. She remains actively engaged in professional development, including leadership roles in women’s dental groups and advanced study programs.

Dr. Bahu’s career centers on whole-patient health, with specialized expertise in treating obstructive sleep apnea using effective, non-CPAP alternatives in partnership with sleep physicians. She integrates advanced dental technology with a strong foundation in sleep medicine and serves on staff at Trinity Health Oakland Hospital in Pontiac. Her commitment to excellence has earned her both Fellowship and Mastership honors from the Academy of General Dentistry. Beyond clinical care, she is dedicated to serving underserved communities and promoting accessible healthcare. Dr. Bahu also values wellness, fitness, and family life, sharing insights on nutrition and healthy living to support her patients’ overall well-being.
